Before You Begin...

If you have a current Short-term Disability (STD) claim with The Hartford, and also have Long-term Disability (LTD) coverage, your claim will be referred automatically to a Hartford Ability Analyst who will assist you to transition your benefits to LTD.

Having the following information on-hand will save time during the Start a Claim process.
